TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Purchasing is regulated by the Italian law and in particular by Legislative Decree n September 6th, 2005. 206(Consumers Code)and the Decree n. 185/99(implementation of Directive 97/7/EC on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts). The protection of confidentiality of personal data is guaranteed under the law of Decree No. 196 of June 30th, 2003(Consolidated Law on confidentiality of data).Confirming the order on the website, the Customer confirms that he/she ha read and accepted the terms of sale, authorizing Soc. Agr. Vernèra di Spanò & C s.n.c. to charge the full amount indicated, inclusive of shipping fees.

HOW TO PURCHASE
Upon confirmation of order, the Customer purchases the products as described in the relevant tabs at the price stated on the website, in addition to taxes and contributions for postage as shown at the time of purchase.
The unit cost of each product ordered is summed, the total cost of the order and related shipping costs. After completing the purchase, the customer will receive an e-mail indicating the date, the essential characteristics of the goods, an indication of the price, terms of payment, delivery costs, and the return and refund procedure.
Soc. Agr. Vernèra di Spanò & C s.n.c. accepts orders considering quantities in stock, therefore order acceptance is subject to effective stock availability of the products.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
Payment method for the purchased products and the shipping fees are paid by the customer at the time of order confirmation.
Methods of payment accepted are:
– PAYPAL (If you do not have a Paypal account, you can buy it by credit card)
– BANK TRANSFER

TERMS OF DELIVERY
Soc. Agr. Vernèra di Spanò & C s.n.c. delivers the goods as specified in the shpping option chosen by the Customer at time of purchase.
Delivery times are approximate and are in no way binding by Soc. Agr. Vernèra di Spanò & C s.n.c.; they may vary in consideration of the order made (ex: availability of the product) or for other reasons depending on the couriers.
Upon delivery, the Customer is required to verify that the parcel is not damaged or wet and that it corresponds to the descrition in the accompanied document. In the eventuality that the products delivered result different than the ordered products, the Customer may apply for a refund as required by the condistions of sale.

SHIPPING
The courier will make two attempts to deliver the product to the address provided by the Customer on confirmation of order atSoc. Agr. Vernèra di Spanò & C s.n.c.. After the second attempt of delivery, the Courier may call the Customer at the telephone number provided in the order, to arrange the date of delivery. If the Customer fails to be present at the third attempt of delivery as agreed with the Courier, the order will be canceled and the Customer will be refunded the cost of the products-storing, shipping and return costare are in no way refundable.

PRODUCT WARRANTY
On the products purchased by the customer applies the manufacturer’s warranty and as required by the current legislation.
These guarantees apply to products that present lack of conformity not visible at the time of purchase, provided that the product isused properly and with due dilgence and that is in respect of its destination and use, compliance with the various operating rules therein.

JURISDICITON
This contract is governed by Italian law.
The court of jurisdicition to settle any disputes is that of Siracusa.
